PROJECTS

Every organisation is different. Over the years we have worked for profit and non-profit, large and small, public sector and business — in the Netherlands and beyond. What all these assignments have in common: tailor-made solutions and an integrated approach in which work style, work environment and ICT are developed together.

Below is a selection of projects we are particularly proud of.

tanteLouise | Bergen op Zoom

How do you prepare a care organisation for the future? For TanteLouise, Nassau Workplace Strategy and WorkWire developed a vision on Activity-Based Working that strengthens collaboration, ownership and enjoyment of work.

SRA | De Meern

The move to the new office and the introduction of 'the new way of working' marked the start of a new phase for SRA. Shortly after moving in, the coronavirus crisis broke out...

Belastingdienst | Utrecht

'Working on results, anytime and anywhere'. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration started developing an extensive programme to promote New Ways of Working (NWW) within its service divisions.

Ministerie van Defensie | Den Haag

Nassau helped the Ministry of Defence introduce the concept of Networked Collaboration (GSW).

Shell | EP Europe | Den Haag

The EPE work environment needed to be adapted to increase the alignment between (new) organisational goals, ICT tools, physical work environment and way of working.

RVO | Utrecht

RVO faced the challenge of moving from traditional to activity-based and hybrid working. Nassau developed the workplace strategy and guided the redesign of several office locations, with attention to flexibility, collaboration and user participation.

Tata Steel | CCPA | IJmuiden

According to Site Facilities (SF) at Tata Steel, the existing 'cell office' in the Dudokhuis was due for review. Doubts had arisen about the future-proofness of the current office concept.

Sonos

Sonos RE&F asked Nassau to guide the process of testing, developing and designing a standardised, activity-based workplace concept.

Shell | EPiCentre | Rijswijk

This ambitious project was initiated to bring together Shell EP Netherlands employees from Rijswijk, The Hague and Noordwijkerhout at a single location.

National Police | The Hague Unit

How do you guide 2,200 police officers to a new way of working? For The Hague Police Unit, Nassau developed an integrated change program — from ambassador training to working agreements and communication.
