How do you guide 2,200 police officers to a new way of working? For The Hague Police Unit, Nassau developed an integrated change program — from ambassador training to working agreements and communication.

SONOS | an inspiring environment
Sonos RE&F asked Nassau to guide the process of testing, developing and designing a standardized, activity based, workplace concept for offices to be opened in Asia.
Ministry of Defence | GSW
Nassau assisted the Ministry of Defense with the introduction of their flexible working concept called 'Networked Collaboration' (GSW) .

Shell | EPiCenter
This ambitious project was set up to bring employees of Shell EP Netherlands from Rijswijk, The Hague and Noordwijkerhout
together on a single location.

SHELL EP Europe
The EPE work environment had to be adapted to increase the congruence between (new) organizational goals, ICT tools, physical work environment, and working methods.

Tata Steel | sustainable in every sense
According to Site Facilities (SF) of Tata Steel, the existing 'cellular office layout' in the Dudokhuis was up for revision. Serious doubts were raised when it came to future-proofing the current office concept.
